2010 1ST Quarter Numbers Encouraging
 
Numbers are up for the first quarter of 2010 compared to last year.  Single Family Homes Sold increased by 127 homes and average sales price jumped almost $25,000.  Condominium Unit Sales increased by 115 units with sales prices a bit lower than last year’s 1st quarter by roughly $29,000.  Data provided by The Emerald Coast Association of Realtors, the area’s largest local real estate board.
